Alec Baldwin has likened Sunday’s Oscars to “The Jerry Springer Show”. Will Smith smacked Chris Rock ‘ on stage at the Oscars, for a joke he made about his wife Jada Pinkett-Smith’s shaved haircut.
The actor who is currently facing a lawsuit after he accidentally shot and killed ‘ his cinematographer, Halyna Hutchins in 2021 on set, showed his support for Chris Rock via a Tweet.
“I’m not reading much about how, or even if, the producers attended to Chris. But I love you, Chris Rock”, He wrote.
“I’m sorry the Oscars turned into The Jerry Springer Show,”, Baldwin has since written on Twitter as per the Independent.
Will Smith has since apologized ‘for the incident.
